Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed and we apologize for any inconvenience. However, if your order is still pending, our customer service team will be happy to assist you in cancelling it and you can place a new order. Please contact us within 12 hours using the email address on your order and provide your order number and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Examine your order immediately upon delivery. We will refund or reship (if available) any damaged merchandise , notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

The materials used in different styles of mobile phone cases may vary, but most mobile phone cases are mainly made of thermoplastic polyurethane and polycarbonate.

The weight of the phone case depends on the material used in the model.

The first discount will be applied automatically. After signing up to receive our emails, your first email will contain a one-time discount code that can be used for your first order. If you have not received the discount email, please check spam. If you still don't see the discount after placing an order, you can contact our customer service to change the price for you
